Weekly Wrap-Up: January 6, 2026

Greetings, Astros!

It is hard to believe we are already beginning the second semester! While our staff and students enjoyed a wonderful winter break, the energy at NAES has been fantastic as everyone settles back into their routines.

We have spent this week reviewing our mid-year data to identify our "Glows" and "Grows"—celebrating our successes while pinpointing areas where we can strengthen our skills. We believe it is vital for students to understand their progress, stay on track, and set personalized goals for the semester ahead.

📚 Celebrate Literacy Week, Florida!

During the week of January 26–30, we will participate in the statewide "Celebrate Literacy, Florida!" initiative. Led by the Florida Department of Education, this week aims to raise awareness about the importance of reading and inspire families to make literacy a joyful part of daily life. Stay tuned for more details regarding our upcoming fun activities and spirit wear days!
