Join the Mental Health Team at Neil Armstrong Elementary for a hands-on workshop designed to help your student (and you!) navigate the "space" between big emotions and clear thinking.What’s Happening?
We are hosting two sessions to help families build their "Coping Skills Toolkit." You’ll get to:- ✨ Make Your Own Sensory Bottle: A calming tool to help reset and refocus.
- 🧠 Boost Executive Functioning: Learn simple, fun strategies to improve organization, memory, and task-switching.
- 🤝 Meet the Team: Connect with Mrs. Morazes, Mr. Mackie, and Mrs. Sterbutzel.
When & Where?
Date: Tuesday, May 12, 2026Location: The Family Reading CenterChoose the time that works best for your schedule:
- ☀️ Morning Session: 8:00 AM – 8:30 AM
- 🌕 Afternoon Session: 3:15 PM – 3:45 PM
