The biggest, best week of the Fall is just around the corner! We are so grateful for your support during the start of the school year, and now we need your superhero partnership for our biggest community event this quarter to make these three events absolutely unforgettable for our students.

👻 Event 1: The Main Event!

Annual Fall Festival & Trunk or Treat

• When: Thursday, October 30th, 5:00 PM – 7:00 PM
• What: It’s the ultimate family night out! We'll have our famous Trunk or Treat, awesome games, a costume parade, and tons of fun. (If you missed the detailed flyer, ask us for another copy!)

🌟 How You Can Be an Event Hero:

This festival runs on community spirit (and candy!). We need a final push to make sure every station is stocked and every child leaves with a smile. Please consider donating candy, small game prizes, or supplies today! Drop them off at the main office—you are the magic behind this event!

🎃 Event 2 & 3: A Double Dose of Delight!

Friday, October 31st

1. The Amazing Pumpkin Walk

We've been blown away by the creative, one-of-a-kind Family Pumpkin Projects coming in! On October 31st, students will walk the hallways to admire all the spooky, silly, and spectacular artwork their classmates created. Thank you for turning our school into a seasonal art gallery!

2. The Fall Ball Dance Party!

To cap off the excitement, our students will hit the dance floor for the Fall Ball, followed by a well-deserved sweet treat break.

🍭 Help Us Stock the Sweet Treat Bar!

We are asking for grade-level donations to ensure every student gets a snack after dancing up a storm. It’s an easy way to pitch in!

Grade Levels	Item Requested (Please deliver to the Office by Wed, Oct 29th)
Pre-K, K, 1st, 2nd	Little Debbie’s Snack Treats (individually wrapped)
3rd Grade	Lollipops (The classic kind, please! No lollipops with gum inside)
4th & 5th Grade	Cases of Juice Boxes (We need to keep those dancers hydrated!)
