🗓️ Looking Ahead to November

We're excited to welcome November! Please note the following important dates:
This week:

• NO SCHOOL on Monday, November 3, 2025. Our staff will be engaging in a day of professional learning. Students return on Tuesday, November 4th.

Upcoming weeks:

• The NAES Chorus will honor our Veterans with a concert on Tuesday, November 11th.
• Early Release Day is on Wednesday, November 12th. School will dismiss early at 1:10 PM.
• The NAE Family Space Reading Center invites families to “Books and Breakfast” on Tuesday, November 18th and Thursday, November 20th from 8:00–8:40 AM and 3:00–3:40 PM.

📚 Accelerated Reading Success

Our students are off to an amazing start, making great progress with their reading and reaching their Accelerated Reader (AR) Goals! To support their continued success, please remember to:

• Encourage nightly reading.
• Ask questions about the texts they are reading.
• Track their progress.

You can find the attached AR Point Goals and Word Reading Goals for your reference. Don't hesitate to reach out to your child's teacher for more tips and suggestions!
